Corporate Social Responsibility.

At Marcilly Recruitment, we want to have a positive impact on the world around us, embodying our core values of integrity, professionalism, and communication with a personal touch in everything that we do. With this in mind, we put the four pillars of Corporate Social Responsibility at the heart of our business activities.

Helping Hands

Philanothropy

For every placement we make, we pledge to donate a percentage of the fee to a charitable cause. We invite our clients to select a charity of their choice and if they do not have a preference, money is donated to one of our nominated causes.

Environmental Conservation

We understand the importance of preserving the environment we live in, so we strive to build sustainability into our working culture. We run an almost completely paperless business and prioritise green credentials and environmental impact when assessing potential supply chain partners. We aim to minimise pollution and waste and utilise energy efficiency measures wherever possible.

Marcilly Recruitment has made a pledge to plant a tree for every successful placement, this works as a carbon offset to reduce the impact of climate warming and biodiversity loss. This also acts as a symbolic representation of a new budding career.

Helping Hands

Diversity and Labour Practices

We are committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion, both within our own team and on behalf of our clients. We see it as vital that every workforce is truly representative of society and that every employee feels respected and able to perform to the best of their ability.

Volunteerism

We encourage all of our team members to volunteer with Age UK’s Telephone Befriending service. This unique scheme is aimed at people later in life who would like someone to talk to and matches over-60s with a friendly volunteer for a weekly chat. We also support our employees with volunteering to help other causes close to their own hearts.
