As a Receptionist, Office Manager or member of an Operations team, you are required to take on vital tasks which the majority of staff in other departments would not know where to start with. A good Operations team member is hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels.
