Client-facing staff are pivotal to the success of a business, ensuring that the company they work for remains attractive to current and prospective clients. A career in Client Services requires professionalism, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills – along with relevant experience and expertise in your discipline of choice. Regardless of your specific role, you will be integral to client acquisition and retention, as well as crafting and promoting the company brand.
