Meet our Managing Director

Caroline May is an experienced PA and Secretarial Recruiter who loves working directly with clients and candidates alike, using her strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with people at all levels.

​

​Following a stint as an Administrative Assistant and a ski season in Val d’Isere, Caroline completed the Executive PA diploma at the Prestigious Quest Professional. This launched her career as an Executive Assistant, initially in the executive search industry in the UK and later in the construction industry in Dubai. During her time in the Middle East, she was approached about a role in recruitment and spent a successful period specialising in Architecture and Design talent, before being snapped up by a PA and Secretarial Recruitment firm on her return to the UK in 2016.

Caroline has found PA and Secretarial recruitment to be a perfect blend of her previous experiences, enabling her to utilise the skills and knowledge she has developed over her career to date. She was inspired to found Marcilly Recruitment in 2020 in the hope of positively impacting a broader range of clients and candidates with her personal, honest, consultative approach.
